Welcome to Sri Mookambika Business Solutions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of srimookambikabusinesssolutions.com and explain the general conditions relating to our loan recovery support services.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sri Mookambika Business Solutions. “You” refers to a website visitor, person making an enquiry or organisation engaging our services, as applicable.
You may use our website to learn about our services, submit enquiries and contact our team for legitimate purposes.
You must not:
Submit false, misleading or unlawfully obtained information.
Impersonate another person or organisation.
Attempt to access restricted systems or confidential information.
Upload malicious software or interfere with website operations.
Use website content or contact details for fraud, harassment or unlawful activity.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a service agreement or authorise us to begin recovery activity.
We provide loan recovery support that may include account review, borrower communication, payment reminders, field follow-up coordination, repayment coordination and progress reporting.
The services provided for each assignment depend on the scope agreed with the lender or authorised client. We act only within the authority granted to us.
We do not provide loans or determine lending eligibility through this website. Website content does not constitute legal or financial advice.
Recovery work begins only after the required authorisation, assignment details and commercial terms have been agreed.
A separate written agreement may specify:
Accounts and services covered.
Responsibilities and permitted activities.
Fees, taxes and payment terms.
Reporting arrangements.
Confidentiality and information security requirements.
Assignment duration and termination conditions.
Where a signed service agreement differs from these general terms, that agreement governs the relevant assignment, subject to applicable law.
Clients assigning accounts must have the authority to engage us and share the relevant information.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, current account details, lawful instructions and information necessary to perform the agreed services. They must promptly notify us of payments received, account disputes, approved settlements, restrictions or changes affecting an assignment.
We may seek clarification or pause activity where information is incomplete, disputed or inconsistent.
Our recovery approach centres on respectful communication, clear identification and documented follow-ups.
Recovery activity must follow applicable requirements, lender instructions and the agreed scope of authority. Threats, intimidation, public humiliation, misleading representations and improper disclosure of borrower information are not permitted.
Borrowers may request identification and confirmation of the relevant recovery authorisation. Concerns about an interaction can be raised through the contact details below or directly with the lender.
Discussions with our team do not automatically change a loan agreement.
Requests for revised instalments, extensions, waivers or settlements remain subject to the lender’s approval. Any approved arrangement should be confirmed through the lender’s authorised process.
Borrowers should verify settlement terms and payment instructions directly with the lender before making a payment.
Loan repayments must be made through payment channels approved by the relevant lender. Do not transfer money to an employee’s personal account or share passwords, OTPs, PINs or card security codes.
Any separately authorised collection must follow the lender’s documented process and include the appropriate acknowledgement.
The lender’s records and confirmation determine whether a payment has been credited and whether an account has been settled or closed. Website use or communication with our team does not itself discharge a loan obligation.
Fees payable by clients, applicable taxes and payment schedules are set out in the relevant quotation or service agreement.
Changes, cancellations, termination and any refund eligibility are governed by that agreement and applicable law. These website terms do not create an automatic non-refundable fee or cancellation charge.
Our agency fees are not automatically payable by borrowers. Any borrower charge must have a valid contractual and legal basis.
Recovery outcomes depend on factors including account circumstances, borrower engagement, repayment capacity and the accuracy of available information.
We do not guarantee full recovery, recovery within a particular period or approval of a settlement. Any timelines discussed are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, relevant service agreements and applicable requirements.
Please share only information necessary for your enquiry. Sensitive account records should be exchanged through an agreed secure channel.
These terms do not authorise unrestricted use or disclosure of borrower information.
Website text, designs, graphics and other materials belong to us or their respective owners and licensors.
You may view the content for personal reference or legitimate business enquiries. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use requires appropriate permission.
Third-party names and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not grant users any rights over them or imply services beyond the relevant authorised relationship.
We aim to keep website information accurate and accessible, but errors, interruptions or outdated information may occur. Please confirm important service details directly with our team.
Third-party websites and platforms have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or availability.
Responsibility for contracted services is governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from third-party website failures, inaccurate information supplied by others or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses misconduct or removes statutory rights.
Please contact us with concerns about our services, communications or website.
For disputes about loan balances, interest, credit reporting, settlement approval or account closure, contact the relevant lender. We can record and forward concerns within our assignment scope.
Contacting us does not restrict your right to approach the lender’s grievance team, an applicable regulator, ombudsman, court or other competent authority.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
We encourage you to contact us first to seek a practical resolution. If a dispute remains unresolved, it may be referred to a court or forum having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or statutory complaint mechanisms.
We may update these terms as our website, services or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be published with an updated date.
Updates do not automatically alter an existing signed service agreement or apply retrospectively to an earlier dispute.
